New York Father Gropes Woman beneath Her Skirt While She Sleeps on Plane

It wasn’t exactly serving a good example if the allegations are true about the man flying cross country with his 12-year-old son. The 50-year-old New Yorker, Brett Zorse, apparently tried flirting with a 32-year-old woman, and after she took her meds to sleep better, proceeded to group her, massaging her inner thigh. When she awoke and confronted him, he responded, “It’s not like I molested you. It’s not like a stuck my finger in your pussy or grabbed your tits.”

The woman was too mollified to report it immediately; she left in tears. But later she reported the incident, which happened last year in April, by e-mailing JetBlue and contacting New York Police.

Zorse, for his part, said she was “flirting with him, telling him he was attractive and he was a good father,” and the he felt they had bonded, as The Smoking Gun reported. He admits to placing his hand on her leg for “approximately 30 seconds,” but denies his hand went up her skirt. Nevertheless, he admitted he may have made the comment “It’s not like I stuck my finger up your pussy or grabbed your tits.”

If convicted, Zorse could face up to six months in jail for the misdemeanor.  He is due in court April 2.
