Weekly Workouts

Shalom!

I hope your weekend is going well, mine certainly is! Although I need to actually get some school work done today… Yesterday I was reading for Sports Law & Society (yes, that’s a class) and I’m thinking how easy this class would be… Well the whole 40-something pages we have to read are about antitrust law and it went way over my head… So I got frustrated and quit.

Noooot the best way to start my weekend studying. But today is all about getting my First Amendment reading done since I know I’m getting called on in class tomorrow.

Now that you’ve fallen asleep…

IT’S TIME FOR WEEKLY WORKOUT ROUNDUP!!!!

Do you like how I tried to make that sound exciting?

Here’s how I did this past week:

Monday – 1.75 mile run plus a Jillian Michaels workout video

Tuesday – Rest day (traveling all day and then going straight to an evening class)

Wednesday1.75 mile run + Jillian Michaels Video (or strength at gym) waited to workout until after class… never happened. Learned my lesson.

ThursdayCycle class if I get up early enough (it’s at 5:30am) or Zumba! Plus my 1.75 mile run that I missed Wednesday

Friday – Total strength class (similar to body pump)

Saturday – 2 mile run + Cardio of some sort (maybe zumba, or elliptical) plus walking on the treadmill post-run

total miles – 5.5

Now, here’s a look at this week’s workouts:

Sunday – Total Strength class

Monday – 2 mile run + cardio (elliptical or walking)

Tuesday – REST (have an early chiropractor appointment)

Wednesday – 1.5 (or 2?) mile run + Jillian Michaels video

Thursday – Cycle or Zumba + Abs

Friday – Total Strength Class

Saturday – 2 mile run + cardio (elliptical or walking)

What are you looking forward to this week?

What’s your favorite kind of workout class?
