It was announced on Thursday by law firm Goodwin Procter that Brynn D. Peltz has joined the firm in its Financial Institutions Group in New York. Peltz will serve as a partner in the firm’s Transactions and Investment Management & Regulation Practices. Peltz will also work in the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice. Peltz arrives from Latham & Watkins. She served as a partner in their financial regulatory and investment funds practices. Before that she worked for Clifford Chance
Peltz has over 20 years of experience when it comes to advising financial institutions. This includes real estate and hedge fund sponsors, private equity, business development companies, registered investment companies and alternative asset managers.

Peltz belongs to the Association of the Bar of the city of New York Investment Management Regulation Committee and the Women’s Investment Management Forum. Peltz earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from Cornell University.
