From January 1, 2013, Leib & Katt would start working under the moniker of Wilson Elser with Mr. Katt being the regional managing partner of the Milwaukee office. Leib & Katt, founded by Samuel J. Both the founding members have received the legal industry’s highest peer review rating the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbel.
