Allen & Overy Enters Into Association with Zeyad S. Khoshaim Law Firm

The law firm of Allen & Overy announced via a press release that it has come to an agreement with the Zeyad S. Khoshaim Law Firm in Saudi Arabia for an exclusive association. Zeyad came to Allen & Overy back in August of 2010 as a partner. He is qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia and in New York.

The office run by Zeyad features a number of veteran internationally and Saudi qualified lawyers who have experience advising on the practice areas of local and cross border mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, banking, corporate, projects and Islamic finance transactions. Allen & Overy will also be adding partner Julian Johansen and corporate partner Johannes Bruski.

The managing partner for the Riyadh office, Zeyad Khoshaim said, “I look forward to continuing my relationship with A&O and leveraging its broad international network to advise our clients on some of the most complex transactions undertaken in the market. I also very much appreciate A&O’s continued commitment to knowledge transfer and training opportunities for our lawyers.”

Jim Vassallo: Jim is a freelance writer based out of the suburbs of Philadelphia in New Jersey. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and minor in Journalism from Rowan University in 2008. While in school he was the Assistant Sports Director at WGLS for two years and the Sports Director for one year. He also covered the football, baseball, softball and both basketball teams for the school newspaper 'The Whit.' Jim lives in New Jersey with his wife Nicole, son Tony and dog Phoebe.
