Guess what: Lindsay Lohan is in the news once again. This time, she is close to losing some of her most valuable possessions. This includes family heirlooms, designer clothing and maybe even some embarrassing items as well. The reason that she could lose all of this is that she has failed to pay her storage bill. This means that her storage unit will be put on the auction block ver soon, according to TMZ.
Some of Lindsay’s close friends have told TMZ that she fell behind paying her monthly storage unit bill and owes close to $16,000 to the company that owns the box.
Her storage account is delinquent and the locker is not allowed to be opened until the balance due is paid in full. The balance will not be paid in full because Lohan does not have the cash to do so. To make matters worse, the IRS has frozen her bank accounts because of her unpaid back taxes.
Lohan’s storage unit will be auctioned off sometime in the month of December, which means if she does not pony up anytime soon she will be losing her materials. Sources claim that Lohan has asked friends and family members to lend her the cash but no one has offered.
