Victoria Jackson Following Election: “America Died”

Former Saturday Night Live cast member Victoria Jackson suffered a meltdown following the outcome of the election on Twitter. When Barack Obama was declared the winner, securing a second term in the White House, Jackson took to Twitter to declare that ‘America died.’

Just to clarify how outrageous some of Jackson’s comments have been in the past, she has said that should she be impregnated by rape, should would have the baby. She also claims she discovered found a ‘secret, underground group’ of Hollywood Republicans. Another one of her comments was that gay marriage would ‘make God mad.’

The Huffington Post discovered Jackson’s tweets, from an unverified account, regarding the results of the 2012 election.

At 5:02 am on Wednesday Jackson tweeted: “I can’t stop crying.” Just five minutes later she tweeted “America died.” Then, she put it all in one post, saying, “I can’t stop crying. America died.” One minute later she tweeted, “The Democrat party who voted God out of their platform and adopted Romans 1 as their platform won. In the Good…”

“The Democrat party who voted God out of their platform and adopted Romans 1 as their platform won. In the Good vs. Evil battle…today…Evil won.”

She then tweeted, “Thanks a lot Christians, for not showing up. You disgust me.”

Her final tweet on the subject said, “Victoria Jackson on Obama’s win: ‘I can’t stop crying, America died’ http://t.co/JKtAiztn via @HuffPostEnt – “accurately reported” VJ”
