Chris Rock Makes Plea to White Voters Regarding Obama

One of the greatest comedians of all-time made an appearance on the show “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last week to issue his support for President Barack Obama in the coming election. It was not a typical endorsement either. Rock appeared in a PSA-like video on the show, making a plea to white voters. Rock’s plea was that Obama has plenty of white cultural influences in his life.

“Let’s take a look at the facts,” Rock said in the video. “For the first two-thirds of his life, Barack Obama was known as Barry–which is the third whitest name on Earth, right after Cody and Jeff.”

Rock is a supporter of Obama, who said, “Barack Obama supports gay marriage. Most black men don’t even support straight marriage.”

In the video, Rock provides viewers with footage of Obama performing some ‘white’ activities such as wearing ‘mom jeans,’ dancing on Ellen’s show and playing golf. Rock even goes on to say the following, “Barack Obama supports gay marriage. Most black men don’t even support straight marriage.”

The video has garnered 2.6 million views to date and surely will acquire quite a few more over the next week or so as the election winds down. Let us know your thoughts about the video in out comments section at the bottom of the page.
