NY’s Abrams Fensterman Brings Aboard Zoning Master Christian Hylton

Nearly half of New York City has been rezoned this last decade leaving clients bewildered and much in need of a man like Christian Hylton, who has been hired by Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, & Einiger LLP. He is to join Frank Carone, to create a new practice focusing only on zoning.

What all these zoning dynamics comes to, Mr. Hylton notices, need not be turmoil. “I have seen the metamorphosis in the downtown Brooklyn area over the past twenty years from derelict neighborhoods to new construction and reimagined buildings.
