Allegations of False Data Reporting Responded to by TJSL

As a follow-up to our recent story about the former employee of Thomas Jefferson School of Law making allegations of false data reporting, we wanted to share the school’s response.

We recently received an email from Thomas Jefferson School of Law containing the following statement, along with two public documents containing information from the discovery process:

Negative statements about Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL) have been released recently by the attorney representing Anna Alaburda in a lawsuit against TJSL, resulting in inflammatory, sensationalized headlines and stories about the law school.  In order to set the record straight, we would like to share with you the attached public documents that contain information gathered through the discovery process.   Thomas Jefferson School of Law will continue its efforts to successfully resolve this lawsuit through the judicial system, the appropriate forum.

The discovery documents are here and here.

As mentioned in the previous post, the school has made a full statement which can be found here.

Latest update (October 30, 2012): This morning, a motion was filed in response to the plaintiff’s motion for sanctions, and it can be found here.
