Kutcher Highest-Paid TV Actor on Forbes

On Wednesday, Forbes released its annual list of highest-paid TV actors.

While Charlie Sheen fell from grace after his public firing from the CBS show “Two And a Half Men,” Ashton Kutcher, who replaced Sheen in the show, also pushed Sheen out of his spot at the top of Forbes’ list of highest-paid TV actors. Sheen, who is currently starring in the show “Anger Management,” was unable to make top 10 on the list.

According to Forbes, Kutcher earned an estimated $24 million between May 2011 and May 2012. Last year, Sheen was at the top spot with earnings of $40 million.

The Runners-up on the list included Hugh Laurie and Ray Romano, each with earnings of $18 million. Hugh Laurie is currently starring in the show “House.”

Other actors on the top 10 list included Alec Baldwin, Tim Allen the star of “Last Man Standing,” Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki of “The Big Bang Theory” and John Cryer, the co-star of “Men.”

The estimates of Forbes do not include expenses of stars including agent fees or other deductions, which Forbes claims are “the other costs of being a celebrity.”

Another face who was missed on this year’s top-10 list, like Sheen, was that of Steve Carell who grossed $15 million last year before leaving the show “Office.”
