Mr. Rosen has more than 30 years of legal experience and is considered an expert in the practice of franchise and business law. In 2010, he was named a “Legal Eagle” by the Franchise Times Magazine. Prior to joining High Swartz, Rosen had his own law firm named after himself. Mr. Rosen also has had a successful in-house career serving as Vice President/General Counsel of NutriSystem Inc and as Senior Corporate Counsel in AAMCO Transmissions Inc.
Joel Rosen is a graduate of Brandeis University and matriculated with honors in Appellate Advocacy from University of Florida College of Law.
