In Texas; a Nude Maid Service Offers Shows and Cleaning

A conservative town in Texas has its authorities keeping a close eye on a maid service that offers nude services while cleaning house. The company is based in Lubbock and was started by Melissa Borrett, 26. The company is called the Fantasy Maid Service and it charges its customers $100 per hour to clean homes. If the client requests, the maid will clean the house wearing either lingerie or in the nude. The company promises a show while cleaning the house. The company was created in February and now Borrett has three others working for her.

The Lubbock Police Department has been watching the company closely as business continues to boom for the company. The police department said that the company does not have a permit to operate, according to Sgt. Jonathan Stewart. Stewart also said that Borrett could face fines of $2,000 and added charges for each day she continues to operate the business without a permit.

“Just the fact employees are topless or semi nude in this case — it’s just not allowed,” Stewart said.

The policy of the company does prohibit sexual contact between the maids and the clients, so the owner claims that the company does not run a prostitution ring.

“If a maid accepts tips for physical contact, she will be terminated immediately and the customer will not be able to schedule service with Lubbock Fantasy Maid Service again,” according to the website of the company.

The company also says that it will not work nude or topless in front of anyone present in the house under the age of 18. The permit that Borrett needs to work legally comes with a $650 yearly fee and a $5,000 surety bond or letter of credit. Borrett has said in the media that she will take legal action should the city attempt to shut down her business.
