Lindsay Lohan Involved in Reported Fight at Nightclub

Actress Lindsay Lohan has not been off probation for too long; it has been less than two weeks. Now she has been accused of an altercation with a woman at a nightclub. A report was filed by a woman with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department that alleges battery. The woman alleges that Lohan started pushing and shoving her when the woman was talking to a male friend of Lohan at the nightclub.

The representative for Lohan, Steve Honig, says that “Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame.”

Now it has been released that a male employee of the Standard Hotel claims he saw Lohan attack the woman and that he broke up the fight between the two women. The woman who filed the complaint with the police was Marisa Dugas. Dugas says that she was at Smoke and Mirrors in the Standard Hotel. Dugas approached the table where Lohan was sitting and began talking with a man sitting there. It was then that Lohan began pushing and shoving Dugas. Lohan claims she was home the night of the alleged incident.

The male employee witnessed the entire incident, which began when Dugas had ice thrown at her by the group of people at Lohan’s table. Dugan became upset and a fight ensued, which Lohan was a part of, according to the male employee. The man said that Dugas was escorted from the club crying and said that Lohan hurt her. Dugas did refuse any medical treatment.

The male employee claims that there is surveillance video of the back of the hotel that shows Lohan pulling in and then later leaving. The police have asked the hotel multiple times for the video but the hotel refuses to part with the video for an undisclosed reason.
