Whitney’s Final Autopsy Mentions Drug Spoon and Cocaine in Room

There was just too much in the system of Whitney Houston to have escaped death. While her death is recorded as an accidental case of drowning, the contributing factors of heart disease and substance abuse are very real. According to the autopsy reports, the substances found in her blood include marijuana, cocaine, Xanax, Flexeril, and Benadryl.

While marijuana and cocaine played their part, a combination with Xanax, which is for anxiety, Flexeril, which is a muscle relaxant, and Benadryl, which is allergy medication, created a deadly concoction to knock out the hardiest. The report mentions that Whitney “possibly overdosed on a narcotic substance, prescription medications, over the counter medications and alcohol.”

Whitney’s final autopsy report contains a detailed description of substances found in her room and mentions, “Located on the south portion of the counter was a small spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper, along with other miscellaneous items.”

The officials found more white powdery material on the base of a portable mirror and in the drawer in which the portable mirror resided. The report also notes that a history of substance abuse was evident from “perforation of posterior nasal septum.”

The report also noted that when the singer was discovered dead there was a “bloody purge coming from her nose.”

The legendary singer was found dead in her bathtub floating face down on February 11. Officials have not found any evidence of foul play.

The final autopsy report of Whitney Houston confirms the life of stress that goes on behind the scenes of those “show must go on” lives. Behind star studded exteriors, hugely talented people from Michael Jackson to Whitney Houston live out a life supported by drugs, anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medication. They are ready for anything to take their mind off their present circumstances in desperate bids to ignore the tensions of ever-present paparazzi and reality. And there are always ‘well-wishers’ at hand to fulfill their needs at a price.
