Lindsay Lohan Approved to Work in Canada

Lindsay Lohan has been approved to work in Canada so she could be in the Lifetime movie called Liz and Dick as Elizabeth Taylor. The film is going to be filmed in Canada. Officials from Canada approved the permit for Lohan despite her having a criminal record, which Canada does not like to do. Canada signed off on the permit not long after she finished her community service for her recent issues.

Officials from Canada said they ‘realised Lindsay has been receiving positive marks from the court and her probation officer.’

On her record are a theft conviction and two DUIs, which typically would have prevented Lohan from receiving a work permit from Canada. Too boot, Lohan is being investigated for a possible hit and run incident that happened around two weeks ago. On Tuesday, the manager of The Hookah Lounge, Thaer Kamal, met with detectives from the LAPD for close to an hour. Lohan reportedly struck the manager of the club in the parking lot while she was trying to get away from paparazzi, who were blocking her in the lot. She fled the scene despite the manager hitting the ground. When police arrived, it was reported that the manager had no idea who Lohan was.
