Chadbourne & Parke Appoint 6

The New York based law firm Chadbourne & Parke announced Friday, March 2, 2012, that they appointed six new members to their firm, including two international partners, an international counsel, and three counsel to its global practice. The law firm, which covers the gamut of legal services, from mergers and acquisitions, to intellectual property and antitrust, to real estate and bankruptcy, is an international player, with offices in Russia, Turkey, the Middle East, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and in New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Mexico City, and many more.

The new appointments include Alejandro Landa, who earned his Law Degree from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico in 2004, was placed in their Mexico City office, where he will bring his experience of advising financial institutions on financial and security and corporate transactions; Daniel Spencer, who earned his L.L.B from the University of Exter, was place in their Sao Paulo office, where he will bring his experience of advising financial institutions and corporations regarding finance and commercial transactions; Jeff Brown, who earned his L.L.B from St. John’s University in 2002, was placed in their Moscow office, where he will bring his experience in complex cross-over and domestic finance and corporate transaction; Daniel Scott, who earned his degree at St. John’s University, School of Law in 2002, who was placed in their New York office, where he will bring his experience of domestic and international estate, tax, and wealth planning; Josephe Giannini, who earned his J.D. From Georgetown University Law Center in 2002, was placed in their New York office, where he will bring his experience with domestic and international clients in connection with banking, finance, and related corporate transactions ; and Kessar Nashat, who earned is J.D. from New York University of Law in 2002, was placed in their New York office, where he will bring his experience advising public and private companies on an array of legal matters.
