Dead Fashion Designer Sued for Sexual Harassment

Remember the line from the movies ‘Pirates of the Caribbean,’ that says ‘dead men tell no tales?’ well, this story follows that line to a tee. Dead men also cannot defend themselves either, especially in court. Bijan, the former fashion titan in Beverly Hills, has had a lawsuit filed against him claiming sexual harassment by one of his former assistants. Bijan died in 2011 but before he passed away he ran “the most expensive [clothing] store in the world.”

Bijan supposedly was a predator sexually behind closed doors, according to Brittany Anderson. Bijan allegedly used to comment about Anderson’s ‘voluptuous figure’ on a constant basis while also stating that he ‘wanted her sexually.’ It has been said that Anderson informed him of her boyfriend in order to hopefully stop the harassment. Instead of Bijan backing down he reportedly answered by moving her to a lessor position within the company.

Bijan helped clothe such celebrities as Michael Jordan (of NBA fame), President George W. Bush, President Barack Obama, Jay Leno (‘The Tonight Show’) and former California Governor and ‘Terminator’ actor Arnold Schwarzenegger. It has not been released how much money Anderson is looking for in the lawsuit. And, by the way, Bijan did not release a statement for this report.
