Gaga Nude and Ready to Tour

With as much publicity and universal recognition that Lady Gaga has gained over the years, she wouldn’t need to pull any publicity stunts to stir up a little controversy and public attention to win more. But then, if she didn’t, she wouldn’t be Lady Gaga. The latest involves the posters for her new Born this Way Ball World Tour, one fitted out with a gothic photo of her horned face, and the other, a shoot of her gothic set with her decked in little more than plastic wrapping and exposed breasts.

The photo appeared on the forum Gaga Daily. Her saran-wrap style shower-curtain robe covers her waist and legs, covering a string bikini bottom and lace-up platform boots; above she wears only a conical black hat as she stretches her arms not over a pole but across a prop of a rusted fence on the gothic set. Her fans will cheer, her foes will hiss, and critics will feel confirmed in what they’ve been saying all along – Gaga has no limits in how far she will go to draw scandalous attention.

She Tweeted that “The Born This Way Ball will perform 110 shows around the world” She kicks it off in Seoul, South Korea on April 27, and will hit most of the world’s largest cities before the tour ends in 2013. It will perhaps be as huge a success as her 2009 to 2011 shows, which won her great acclaim, bringing her act to over 3 million people in 200 concerts, raking in over $200 million dollars. With such an achievement as that, the next step would naturally be to outdo it.

Though Madonna has stolen some of the pop scandal attention lately, Gaga won’t go down without a fight. She revealed she was bulimic as a highschooler, and is giving a taste of the tone of her upcoming concerts with such risqué photos as this. It seems her tour is promising a good time.
