Lovers Spat Land Lambert, Koskinen In Helsinki Klink

American Idol runner up Adam Lambert and boyfriend Sauli Koskinen—who won Finland’s  “Big Brother”—had some dramatic moments at a Helsinki gay bar Thursday. A fight between the lovebirds, which began inside Don’t Tell Mama, ended up outside and landed them in jail.

Police Investigator Petri Juvonen said Lambert and Koskinen were arrested about 4 a.m. outside the bar. They were both detained for questioning on four potential assualt charges.

Juvonen said they’d likely be released after interrogations were finished, the Hollywood Reporter reported. According to an updated report, Lambert and Koskinen were indeed released immediately after questioning.

Lambert came to Finland Monday to celebrate the holidays with Koskinen. The fight reportedly got them ejected from the bar. It apparently continued in the street.

Former Miss Helsinki Sofia Ruusila had been partying with Lambert and Koskinen—who tried getting between the fighting couple. Ruusila said Lambert allegedly accidentally hit her during the scuffle inside.

The spat, it seems, doesn’t mean their love affair is over—as Tweets and blog posts reveal.

“Celebrities are people too and fame is not easy. Love is not always easy either, but it’s forever,” Koskinen blogged, adding, “[the] “hangover is gone already” and “Paparazzi, police stations have back doors, too, go away already.”

Lambert added his two cents as well.

“Jetlag+Vodka=blackout. Us÷blackout=irrational confusion. jail+guilt+press=lesson learned.Sauli+Adam+hangover burgers= laughing bout it. :),” he tweeted.
