Three New Attorneys Elected to Join Partnership

Three attorneys have recently been elected to become partners at the Morris, Manning, & Martin, LLP. The names of the three new attorneys are Christina Graham, Lisa Wolgast, and John Lockett. They will start their partnership with Morris, Manning, & Martin on the first day of the new year, January 1, 2012. These attorneys will represent the several different practices for the law firm.

The managing partner, Louise M. The first attorney elected, Christina Graham, will work in the Real Estate and Finance Practice section of the law firm. She will be expected to represent developers and owners for all things that involve real estate and financing. Graham received her law degree from Emory University. John Lockett, the second attorney elected to work for the firm, will be working with the Litigation Practice. Lockett has much experience with the litigation process and has represented a number of clients in court. Because he has experience working on cases in both state and federal court, he was a top candidate as partner for the firm. He earned his law degree from the University of Texas Law School. Lisa Wolgast, the third attorney elected, will be working for the Bankruptcy Practice. On the regular, Wolgast handles a number of issues that pertain to foreclosures, creditor issues, and liability claims. Wolgast received her degree to practice law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Jim Vassallo: Jim is a freelance writer based out of the suburbs of Philadelphia in New Jersey. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and minor in Journalism from Rowan University in 2008. While in school he was the Assistant Sports Director at WGLS for two years and the Sports Director for one year. He also covered the football, baseball, softball and both basketball teams for the school newspaper 'The Whit.' Jim lives in New Jersey with his wife Nicole, son Tony and dog Phoebe.
