Law Firm Has Elected Four Members

The McDonald Hopkins law firm has announced that they have elected four members to work for their firm. These four lawyers will be added onto a team of over a hundred attorneys in six different offices around the world. The president of the law firm, Carl J. Grassi, has said, “We are always gratified to see our attorneys advance in their careers.” Grassi has also said, “All four of these professionals are talented lawyers who have demonstrated their meaningful value to our clients. They have contributed to the growth of our firm and I am confident they will continue to help us thrive. In addition to these promotions, we continue to recruit attorneys for our national practice groups.”

Anne Owings Ford is one of the four members that have been elected. She has experience with different aspects of the law which includes employment, insurance, discrimination, and much more. She has worked to represent clients for both state and federal trials. She is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law and the University of Michigan.

Michael J. Kaczka is the second member to be recently elect to work at Mcdonald Hopkins law firm. Kaczka works as a lawyer for the business and bankruptcy department. He often represents both creditors and debtors in the court of law. Kaczka has been selected for the Ohio Rising Star for the past three years. He is a graduate of both the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Washington and Lee University.

Jessica T. Lifshitz is an experienced attorney who works in the business department of the law. She often works on real estate and commercial financing. When it comes to working on real estate, Lifshitz typically defends tenants or landlords. She is a graduate of the University Of Pennsylvania Law School and the University of Michigan. Lifshitz is located in the office that is located in the Florida area. The Florida office has been in existence since 2004. McDonald Hopkins recently opened another office in the Florida area in 2011. Lifshitz is at the West Palm Beach, Florida office while the new office has opened in the Miami area.

Owen P. Quinn specializes in his ability to work on real estate and construction. He works on a number of disputes as well as fraud and conspiracy.  Quinn has received the Illinois Rising Star award for the past two years. Quinn is a graduate from the University of Illinois and is located in the Chicago area. The McDonald Hopkins office in Chicago first opened in 2007.
