Any employee can be a victim for robbery at any given time. Does the Employer know how to deal with the situation at that given time? One has to ensure the safety of the customer as well as that of employee through the robbery policy and train them as to how to deal under such circumstances. Good policies will proper guidance and tools to ensure safety and end the theft as quickly as possible.
