A study has found out that the vast majority of physicians and most surgeons may possibly have a malpractice claim filed against them. Not all claims are successful. They study has indicated that one claim out of five results provides a financial payout according to the Associated Press and the Boston Globe. It has been found that neurosurgeons and heart surgeons are the main group who are sued by dissatisfied patients.
