This article is about the suit filed by Kymberly Wimberly against the co-valedictorian with regard to discrimination and GPA. As per the reports of CNN, the suit is been filed for two reasons: one is that the GPA of the co-valedictorian is lower than that of Wimberly; and the other is that the co-valedictorian is a Caucasian, while Kymberly is an African American.
