52- year old Sandra Rawline, an ex-employee with a real estate firm in Texas believes she was fired for having gray hair. Sandra, who was working as an escrow officer and branch manager, says she was told to dye her hair, wear more fancy clothes and more jewellery to keep up with the firm’s new look.  She then claims that on refusing to change her natural look, she was replaced by a woman 10 years younger than her.
