The Interim Transitional National Council of Libya (TNC) has hired the famous Patton Boggs law firm to deny Muammar Qaddafi his traditional place as leader. They wish to get recognized as a legitimate government to free up billions of dollars from the Qaddafi regime. Qaddafi’s support is dwindling as his supporting lobbyists get cold feet.
