Lime Wire Ends Up Settling for $105 Million

On Thursday, Lime Wire decided to settle for $105 million dollars mid-trial. The company was ordered to shut down in October of last year for infringement of music copyrights. Before the cross examination from Lime Wire’s lawyers was complete, they conducted a mediation and came to a settlement. Lime Wire’s founder Mark Gorton was pleased to see that the case has been concluded.
