Greenberg Traurig’s Galli Leads Urban Land Institute Panel

Attorney Tom Galli, a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig,, and other industry leaders, will examine the evolution of asset disposition programs as well as investor strategies for acquisition at the Urban Land Institute Fall Meeting in Washington, D.C., Oct. 13-15.

Galli has represented clients on real estate transactions, restructurings and developments for mixed use, office, retail, stadium, industrial, multi family, single family community, undeveloped land and other types of properties located throughout the country.

In promoting the event, Greenberg Traurig said in a press release that it has represented clients on four out of the last five commercial real estate loan portfolio deals done by the FDIC totaling more than $3 billion.

The Urban Land Institute was founded in 1936 and has members in 95 countries worldwide. The organization represents the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines working in private enterprise and public service.

Greenberg Traurig is an international firm with approximately 1,800 attorneys in 30 offices throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
