Former Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Joins Thompson Hine as Partner

Thompson Hine LLP announced today that Simon Miller has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s New York Business Litigation practice group. Previously, Miller was a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig.

Miller’s practice focuses on representing owners of closely held businesses in a wide variety of industries in ownership-related disputes, including partnership/corporate dissolution proceedings, business valuation proceedings, and shareholder appraisal proceedings.

Miller is recognized for representing professional associations such as law firms, accounting firms, investment advisory firms and hedge funds in connection with formation, dissolution and withdrawing members from a counseling, negotiating and, as necessary, litigation standpoint. Additionally, Miller has experience representing investment banks and broker-dealers in employment and trade secret disputes and New York City government administrative proceedings.
