According to a firm press release, Buffone brings over 35 years of experience representing individual and corporate clients in criminal and complex civil litigation and enforcement matters in the U.S. Among his notable achievement, Buffone argued and won an appeal in the U.S. Supreme Court last year barring further prosecution of a former Enron executive on the grounds of double jeopardy (Yeager v United States 129 S Ct. 2360 (2009).
