Kenneth Glazer Joins K&L Gates

Kenneth Glazer, the former deputy director of the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission, has taken a partnership at K&L Gates’ Washington DC office. While at the FTC, Glazer was responsible for merger and antitrust investigations in a broad range of areas including, among others, technology and medical industries. K&L Gates is trying to beef up its antitrust package, according to David Case, the administrative partner of the DC office.

K&L Gates LLP employs over 1900 attorneys worldwide. It was formed in January 2007 by the merger of Pittsburgh-based Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham with Seattle-based Preston Gates & Ellis, co-founded by William H. Gates, Sr.
