Adler & Colvin is a seventeen-attorney, nationally-known San Francisco firm that exclusively advises tax-exempt organizations and their donors, including (among many others) community advocates, safety-net service providers, social enterprises, churches, and family and company foundations. Many of our clients focus on important social issues -- civil rights, the environment, housing, food distribution, and more. We have an opening for a hardworking and motivated associate attorney who wants to help the nonprofit sector maximize its impact, in a small-firm, collegial environment. We are looking for someone with at least three years of tax and/or corporate/transactional experience in a mid-size to large law firm or with similar professional experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong interest in or demonstrated commitment to the nonprofit sector. We offer a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to work with clients trying to make the world a better place. Adler & Colvin is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Please send resume with cover letter to hiring@adlercolvin.com.
