The ideal candidate will have excellent word processing skills, the ability to pay attention to detail, great time management skills, able to interact with clients and court personnel, and be a team player. This is not a remote position. The tasks include, but are not limited to: 1. Reviewing complex appellate briefs for formatting issues, citation issues, and ensuring compliance with the appellate rules; 2. Drafting contracts, basic motions; 3. Answering the phone and communicating with potential clients, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel; 4. Keeping the filing system updated; 5. Opening and processing incoming mail; 6.
