We are looking to hire an administrative assistant with 2+ years of experience in collections (cold calls to debtors, ledger reconciliation, account management), reception (front desk presence and phone management) and coordination of vendor, in-house and trade organization marketing events. Responsibilities

  • First impression presence and telephone call management at front desk
  • Manage incoming mail and office inventories, supplies
  • Support collection teams as needed with calls to debtors, ledger reconcilation or other tasks as requested
  • Assistant Marketing director as needed with marketing events and campaigns

Qualifications
 

  • College degree or certificate of training in relevant area; or 4+ years of recent experience
  • FDCPA training (we provide) and certificate after testing
  • 2+ years of experience at a law firm or within an in-house legal department
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ethical and professional
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
