Weintraub Tobin’s Sacramento office is seeking a full-time Real Estate Associate with at least 2-4 years of meaningful experience in real estate law and finance with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions. The Firm’s Real Estate practice group has played an integral role in the growth and development of the greater Sacramento region and communities throughout the State on matters involving, but not limited to the commencement of a project, early-stage development, asset management, financing, and active disputes in arbitration and before the State and Federal courts. The Firm’s attorneys represent clients in both transactional and litigation matters and provides strategic advice and counseling to developers, investors, financial institutions, homebuilders, property managers, brokers, contractors, public entities and high-wealth individuals. While Weintraub real estate transactional attorneys and litigators work together closely, this position’s primary focus will be transactional. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn, articulate, client-focused, communicative, responsive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
