The Role
Nasdaq’s award-winning legal group, which employs over 50 lawyers in offices in the U.S. and Europe, has a rare opportunity for an experienced, well-credentialed corporate lawyer with extensive experience in public company disclosure, financing and M&A transactions. You will provide securities law advice, manage our securities filings, work on M&A and financing deals, and participate in policy advocacy on a wide range of securities law issues.
This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in financial services and financial technology, advising clients on transactions that help us shape the global economy and rewrite tomorrow.
You will need the following skills and experience

  • JD from a top law school
  • Worked as a corporate and M&A associate or counsel at a top law firm
  • Demonstrated experience managing public company disclosures, financing and M&A transactions
  • Extensive experience advising public companies on the full range of corporate and securities law issues
  • Experience with debt financing transactions
  • Corporate governance experience and international legal experience would also be useful
