We are currently seeking an Analyst and Senior Analyst to work in our Litigation Support practice. In this practice, we provide market research and consulting to enable expert witness testimony on a broad range of consumer behavior and marketing issues related to litigation matters for customer confusion, false advertising, trademark infringement, claim substantiation, market definition, and class certification. As an AMSian, you will work with project teams, attorneys, academics, clients, internal survey experts, and external expert witnesses on research design, survey creation, data analysis, report development, depositions and sometimes trial preparation . You will also participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal AMS knowledge creation. If you have an interest in market research and law, this may be a career for you. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Survey design and implementation (both qualitative and quantitative) Questionnaire writing Qualitative Interviewing Respondent Recruitment management Managing and evaluating data collection and protocols Analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data Report and presentation production to clients, attorneys and academic experts Qualifications: An interest in Market Research!
