We’re hiring for our Austin Office! Our Firm represents workers in legal disputes with their employers. We practice in state and federal court, as well as before various government agencies. Typical cases involve discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and unpaid wages. The successful candidate should meet one or more of the following criteria: (1) top school/top grades, (2) trial experience, and (3) board certified in civil and/or employment law. Competitive pay depending on experience. Robust benefits including healthcare, retirement, and paid maternity/paternity leave. Further compensation/benefits information available on request. Rather, attorneys are expected to work fifty “office” hours per week. Since COVID we have offered hybrid work. We do not give attorneys’ cell numbers to clients or expect attorneys to respond to email outside of work hours. When attorneys work in excess of fifty hours, they receive additional pay. Health Insurance The Firm fully pays for a Blue Cross Blue Shield silver PPO plan. Attorneys have the option of buying up to a gold or platinum plan for around $100 per month. Retirement The Firm offers a tax advantaged retirement plan administered by Schwab. The Firm matches employee contributions in accordance with the plan. Other Benefits Two weeks of PTO as well as holidays. Sick leave does not count against PTO. Attorneys receive twelve weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave. Bar dues reimbursement. Training and travel reimbursement to major employment law conferences.
