MUST have extensive negotiations experience and proven track record settling employment cases. MUST have trial experience. MUST have superb research and writing skills. MUST be hungry, persistent, effective, and able to handle a large case volume. MUST be ethical, deliver outstanding client service, and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism. Attorney will be paid strictly on commission (25%) contingent on outcome of the cases handled by him/her, plus bonuses. The firm will cover all litigation costs and provide all necessary clerical and secretarial support. Looking for a candidate willing to handle a full or substantial caseload after the 3-month trial period. Six-figure income potential, depending on the drive, skill, and number of cases accepted. Permanent employment (with salary and performance-based incentives) may be an option after the 3-month trial period. To Apply: Submit cover letter and resume. Include a writing sample, which is solely the candidate’s work (not something that has been edited by a prior supervising attorney). In your cover letter, please answer the following questions in reverse order: How can lawyers assist employees and employers in thriving in our free market economy? Why are you applying for this position? Why should you get this position? NOTE: Please attach all required documents in one single file (either PDF or Word) when submitting your application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
