The ideal candidate should have experience in general liability, product liability, personal injury, transportation, and other claims involving litigation defense. You will manage the entire legal process from investigation to trial and negotiate settlements. You must establish and maintain good relationships with claims representatives and insured clients. Skills should include taking depositions, writing motions, responding to discovery, and knowing case handling procedures from start to finish. The candidate should have exceptional oral and written communications skills, be confident working independently, and have the initiative in resolving cases. You must exhibit strong work ethics, meet deadlines, and achieve results for the clients. The applicant must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar
