Coordinator, International Contracts & Compliance The candidate will communicate closely with global satellite offices and support several functional areas including but not limited to legal, operations, finance and compliance. Will be responsible for the life-cycle of each deal, from Application to Opening to Termination and all stages in between. Will also maintain and monitor the progress of a large number of files at any given time, ensuring strict compliance with our audit requirements. Preparation and execution of franchise and management agreements to affect renewals, transfers, new deals and conversions, including follow up, as necessary. Compose letters and prepare temporary operators’ agreements, amendments, and assignment and assumption agreements for international Wyndham Hotel Group properties, including follow up, as necessary. Will perform compliance activities including preparation of default and termination letters and related follow up activities. Research terms and conditions as set forth in the agreements and as needed by Contract Admin leadership, regional attorneys or senior management. Will be maintaining and updating franchisee information such as application information, system fees, effective/execution dates, and maintenance of information related to all licensing deals and compliance tasks. Assist in special projects as needed.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have high level of attention to detail with strong proofreading skills. Should have strong organizational, analytical and time management skills. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to compose correspondence quickly and accurately. Must show ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency while working efficiently/effectively under pressure. Must be an independent self-starter who can also work well with a team to accomplish tasks . Bilingual, knowledge of Oracle and/or Sales force a plus. College Degree (BA, BS) and 1-2 years administration experience desired in a franchised service industry. Paralegal Certificate preferred.
