Boutique law firm in Downtown Los Angeles looking to hire a family law attorney with substantial family law practice experience (including trial). The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of practice experience in the areas of complex marriage dissolution, child custody cases, child/spousal support matters, pre/post nuptial agreements, and parentage actions. Our firm offers a congenial work environment, a reasonable billable hour requirement, and competitive compensation and benefits. California Bar Admission is required. Responsibilities: -Maintaining a full caseload (approximately 20-30 cases); -Collaborate with the Managing Attorney to assist with case strategy development, oversight and implementation; -Responsible for case reporting, management, and outcome tracking; -Developing and maintaining relationships with clients; -Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: -Must have at least 3 years of California family law practice experience (including trial), ideally in a boutique or mid-sized law firm; -Member in Good Standing with California Bar; -Ability to effectively and consistently produce quality legal work in a fast-paced environment and high volume practice; -Strong interpersonal skills and ok with a culture of feedback and continual improvement; -Organization skills and attention to detail; -Strong, demonstrable written and oral communication skills; -Ability to commute throughout Los Angeles County and adjoining counties for court hearings; -Ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
