State and federal litigation experience preferred. Prior experience handling depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances independently preferred. Candidate must be admitted to the state bar of Texas. Candidates admitted to the bars of New York, Florida, or Louisiana strongly encouraged to apply. Foreign language skills a plus. Interested candidates should provide resume, recent writing sample, and cover letter with salary request. Requirements: Admitted to practice in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; Excellent phone and email etiquette; Ability to travel domestically and abroad.
