Candidate should have experience taking depositions, attending court hearings, site inspections, mediation and posses great negotiation skills. This position will prepare and respond to discovery and assist in trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Excellent academic credentials with skills in writing and analysis are needed. Candidates are motivated to handle their own caseload, build business relationship with clients to continue to be a part of the growth of the firm.
