Growing patent litigation firm based in San Diego, CA, and Austin, TX, seeks a patent litigator to help direct patent cases through the district courts in California, Texas, New York, and Delaware, the Court of Federal Claims, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO. The position presents a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced partners and junior associates. All levels of experience will be considered. Applicant must be a member of at least one state bar, preferably California or Texas. Registration with the USPTO is preferred but not necessary. Trial experience is not required. The Applicant may work remotely anywhere in the United States. The firm offers part-time and full-time positions compensated through a competitive salary, revenue-sharing plan, or a hybrid of both. Technical expertise in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other related fields is required.
