Reporting directly to the Group’s Chief Legal Officer, all serious candidates must be capable of autonomously running all legal and compliance issues associated with multiple closed-end funds and other offerings raising $1B/yr and a captively-owned wholesale B-D with 30+ registered representatives. Compliance experience/background involving B-Ds and/or ’40 Act funds is a significant plus, as would be a Series 24 license. NYC head office is preferred. Position will require some travel.
