Responsibilities of the Role - 1) Regularly, research the law in our primary practice areas: Real Estate, Probate, and Bankruptcy. 2) Regularly, draft petitions, answers, discovery, motions, orders, briefs, memos, and emails and other correspondence with attorneys, clients, opposing parties, and others. 3) Regularly, appear at 341 meetings, depositions, mediations and motions hearings. 4) Always, interact tactfully with our clients. 5) Always, own the matters that are on your desk.
