Candidates should have at least 2 years of litigation experience, which could include WCAB or Superior Court appearances, deposing applicants and medical experts, defending depositions, and related experience. California State bar required. Willing to train in substantive law the right candidate with general litigation experience. Position is remote, with appearances in person as needed.
