Qualified candidates will have at least three years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on eminent domain and/or real estate issues. Qualified candidates will also have outstanding writing skills and significant experience with discovery and law and motion practice. This position affords an opportunity for a motivated and qualified associate to gain significant litigation and trial experience on a wide array of public entity-related land acquisition issues throughout California.
